RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt. You must inform me of your intention to return within 48 hours of receiving the item (based on the tracking information). Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. There will be no credit issued for merchandise returned after 7 days.
PAYMENTS
Our objective is to help save shoppers money and time. We are strictly an online shop, we keep our prices at a minimum. All Kris Kloset transactions are made through Pay/Pal, the most affordable and secure online payment.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped with 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. We will not let more than two working days go by before shipping the customer’s order. We offer usps.com and ups.com shipping.
